Ready example / product launch film

See the production before you set up your own.

This illustrative workflow uses real Stago screens and a sample project structure. It shows what the team and client would do at each stage; it does not create an account or change production data.

  1. 01
    Brief received

The client’s audience, format, deadline, references, and required outputs become the source for the project.

  2. 02
    Pre-production assigned

A producer owns the plan; script, logistics, and brand approval get separate stages and reviewers.

  3. 03
    Rough cut uploaded

The editor attaches version one. Internal comments stay with the team before the client link is opened.

  4. 04
    Client review completed

Frame-specific feedback is resolved against the correct draft and the decision is recorded.

  5. 05
    Master approved

The final gate releases the master, social cut-downs, and captions into the client delivery space.
