Subscription, billing, and refunds

Open Settings → Subscription for the current plan and available changes. Open Billing & Usage for payment history, invoices, credits, and supported refund-request controls.

Check whether you are managing personal billing or the organization’s subscription. An organization member isn’t automatically the billing owner. The project owner’s plan can also differ from your personal plan.

Use feature availability and quotas to compare functions. A trial can provide temporary access and a different credit allowance from a full paid period.

Select the intended plan and monthly/annual interval. Review the displayed amount, timing, existing credit or proration, and any effect on seats, storage, or paid functions before confirming.

Wait for the resulting subscription state and check it in Settings. A checkout being opened isn’t the same as a successful payment. If payment fails, follow the recovery action shown for that account.

Use the cancellation or downgrade control in the subscription area. Read the confirmation for when the change takes effect and what happens to paid features or stored work.

Cancellation, refund, project deletion, and account deletion are separate actions. Don’t delete projects merely to cancel renewal. If access becomes read-only, review the notice and any retention deadline shown by the account.

In Billing & Usage, find the relevant payment by date and amount. Choose View invoice when an invoice is available. Pending, failed, paid, and refunded states describe different payment outcomes.

Use Request refund on an eligible payment. Select the reason, provide the required details, and read the effect on subscription access before choosing Submit for review.

A request is subject to review; submission doesn’t guarantee a refund. Check its status and use Cancel request only when that action is offered. For current terms and eligibility, use the policy and payment information shown in the application.
