Project analytics and reports

Open Analytics from the project workspace toolbar when you have access. This view summarizes that project’s stage status, activity, approval/revision outcomes, and production timing.

First-time approval rate describes review cycles accepted without a revision request. It isn’t a score for the artistic quality of a file. “—” can mean there is no eligible review history yet, rather than zero performance.

Check the period and sample before comparing numbers. A recently created project, a reopened stage, or missing historical activity can change the interpretation of averages.

Available onProBusiness

Open Reports → Projects for the portfolio report and use the available date, status, and project filters. Reports → Notifications covers notification activity and delivery reporting. Data only describes the selected scope and period.

A notification recorded as sent doesn’t prove that the recipient read it. If someone didn’t receive an email, check their channel settings, address, and spam folder as well as the delivery result.

The Members report provides member-oriented activity information subject to your access. This surface has separate access rules from the paid Projects/Notifications reports; it isn’t a reason to give someone broader project permissions.

Use member metrics alongside the actual tasks and responsibilities. An approval count doesn’t capture every kind of contribution or determine who should receive more work.

The Reports sidebar’s Payments and Analytics entries marked Soon aren’t active report pages. For invoices, payment history, credit usage, and refunds, open Settings → Billing & Usage instead.

If an export control isn’t available for your report or plan, use the displayed view. Don’t assume that every chart supports CSV or PDF export.
