Meeting transcripts and action plans

Open AI Tools → AI Meetings in the bottom toolbar. Start a new meeting with a recording file, a supported URL, or the browser microphone controls.

For file upload, use the formats shown in the meeting form; meeting recordings have a 500 MB upload cap as well as applicable workspace limits. URL support depends on whether Stago can retrieve that source. A private external recording may require another input method.

For browser recording, allow microphone access when you intend to record and confirm that the recording indicator is active. Stop and inspect the result before submitting it. Coordinate recording with the participants and follow your organization’s recording rules.

Review the displayed duration, required credits, and balance. Submit once, then follow the processing status. A ready transcript and a completed analysis are separate steps; if the transcript is ready but analysis needs credits, inspect the available continuation action.

Read the transcript before relying on the summary. Speaker names and assignments can need correction. Generated participant observations are suggestions, not reliable facts about a person’s character or performance.

Review each action item, responsible person, and due date against what the participants agreed. Link recognized participants to the intended team contact when the interface offers that control.

Use the follow-up draft as editable material. Check names, commitments, and recipients before copying or sending it through the channel you normally use; generating a draft doesn’t mean it has been sent.

Inspect the proposed pipeline, edit or remove unsuitable stages, and confirm the intended workspace before creating a project. A meeting analysis isn’t itself a live production project.

If a recording or job fails, preserve the source, inspect the visible status and credit history, then retry the failed step rather than repeatedly submitting the whole meeting.
