Main destinations
Section titled “Main destinations”| Desktop label | What it opens | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | Widgets, activity, deadlines, and recent work | All plans; the selected workspace controls the data |
| Projects | Project folders, cards/table, and creation | All plans; project quotas apply |
| Participants | Team Management, roles, groups, and contacts | All plans; project membership is separate |
| Files | Reusable File Library and project file index | Base, Pro, Business, or an eligible organization scope |
| Templates | Reusable workflow and stage structures | Base, Pro, Business |
| Reports | Project and notification reports, member metrics | Projects/Notifications: Pro, Business; member metrics have separate permission rules |
| Client Portals | External client spaces and briefs | Base, Pro, Business; customization varies |
The Files destination is shown when your account has an accessible library scope. Uploading directly inside a project stage is a separate function available on all plans, subject to that project’s permissions and limits.
The lower navigation contains AI Assistant, Calendar, Alerts, and the user menu. Use the workspace/organization switcher to select the intended ownership context. See organizations for organization membership and roles.
Inside a project
Section titled “Inside a project”Use the stage list to choose the work and the workspace toolbar for the available project views. Flow shows ordering and dependencies; Analytics summarizes the project. The team controls manage membership and access for that project.
Upload, review, editor, gallery, and link stages expose different controls. If a button described in another content guide is missing, first check your content type and permissions.
AI tools
Section titled “AI tools”The bottom toolbar’s AI Tools menu opens AI Assistant, Thumbnail Generator, and AI Meetings. Storyboards are opened from the document/script workflow. Transcription and media analysis are available in the relevant media review workspace.
These operations can need credits even when the underlying project workflow is included in your plan. See AI credits.

Section titled “Settings map”Open Settings from the user menu (or mobile More).

Use the feedback control for a reproducible problem: what you attempted, the visible result, and the approximate time. Avoid including private content or account credentials.
Mobile locations
Section titled “Mobile locations”Open More for Team, Calendar, Files when eligible, Reports, Portals, AI Chat, and Settings. The avatar/user menu remains separate in bottom navigation.
The mobile Team destination corresponds to desktop Participants, and Portals corresponds to Client Portals. An action can move into a menu without changing its plan or permission requirements.
