Create and organize projects

Open Projects, choose New project → Manual project, and enter Project Name and a useful description. Choose the available project type, owner/workspace, deadline, and workflow options before creating it.

A blank workflow lets you build stages yourself. A saved workflow template can provide a starting pipeline on eligible plans. Review any template preview before applying it; then check the actual stages, assignees, and deadlines in the new project.

The workspace that owns the project determines its limits and available features. Creating a personal project while viewing an organization doesn’t automatically move ownership into the organization.

Use Cards or the table/list view, the status filter, and sorting to locate work. Available sorting includes recent updates, name, creation date, deadline, and status. The personal/organization scope changes which projects you see.

Create folders in the project sidebar, rename them, and move projects into the intended folder using the available move controls or drag-and-drop. Expand nested folders when a project seems missing. A folder organizes the list; it doesn’t grant project access.

Open the project, then Project Details → Edit or Edit Project in its menu. Update its name, description, deadline, cover, status, and workflow settings. Save and check the result in the workspace.

Use Draft while preparing work, In Progress during production, Approved for accepted work, and Archived when a project should leave the active queue. Final approval and release selection should follow the delivery workflow.

Leaving removes your participation; it isn’t the same as deleting the project. Owners use the project controls available to their role to archive or delete. Read the confirmation before deleting because related work may also be removed.

If creation is blocked, check your owned-project limit and the selected owner. Member and participation limits are separate; see plans and quotas.
